Bookings for Toller Porcorum Village Hall are managed by our Booking Clerk – Jan Turner – email: firstname.lastname@example.org, tel 01300 320182.
If you would like to make a booking:
- Look at the booking calendar to check availability especially times already allocated to established regular users.
- Complete the below online booking form. All ‘required fields’, marked with a *, must be completed.
One-Off Bookings: Provided all is in order, we will respond by email to confirm the cost of the hire and give details of payment methods. Hall hire is charged by the hour, charges can be found here. Your completed form, hire fees and if required, a deposit (see below) are required to confirm any booking.
Deposit: Depending on the nature of the booking, a damage deposit of up to £100 may be required. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after the hire but will be held against any damage or cleaning costs if the hall is not left in an acceptable condition.
Cancellation: If this booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the hire date, hire charges will not be refunded.
Regular Bookings: We do not require a deposit from regular hall users. You will be invoiced in arrears for blocks of bookings.
You will automatically be emailed a copy of the completed booking form and relevant documents.
